Jane established First Point Research & Consulting
in 2006 to provide a more hands-on, client-focused approach to insight generation.
She has led projects for some of Australia’s most recognised organisations including Coles, Endeavour Group, Bakers Delight, Bupa, Baby Bunting and Haymes Paint.
Her background spans brand strategy, customer experience, loyalty programs, and shopper behaviour - helping clients understand what drives customers and how to engage them meaningfully.
Jane is a full member of The Research Society (TRS) and holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
